بتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس الدولة، حفظه الله، أعلن سمو الشيخ منصور بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس الدولة، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، رئيس ديوان الرئاسة، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجلس تنافسية الكوادر الإماراتية، تمديد برنامج نافس حتى عام 2040، واعتماد حزمة تحديثات شملت علاوة الأبناء دون تحديد حد أعلى لعدد الأبناء، وإطلاق برامج لدعم أبناء المواطنات، وزوجات المواطنين العاملات في القطاع الخاص، بما يعزز استقرار الأسرة ويدعم تنافسية الكوادر الوطنية. يجسد هذا التمديد إيمان الدولة الراسخ بأن الإنسان هو الثروة الأعظم للوطن، وقوة استدامتها ومصدر تميزها بين الدول الرائدة، ويعزز مكانة برنامج نافس كحجر زاوية في تمكين الكوادر الوطنية، وضمان استدامة نهضتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, has announced the extension of the Nafis program until 2040, alongside a new set of updates. These include removing the cap on the number of children eligible for child allowances, as well as launching support program for the children of Emirati women and wives of Emirati citizens working in the private sector. These steps strengthen family stability and support the competitiveness of national talent. They also reflect the UAE’s firm belief that people are the nation’s greatest asset and the driving force behind its sustainable growth and global leadership, reinforcing Nafis as a cornerstone in empowering national talent and supporting the country’s continued economic and social development.
