@yuriypono @NoContextHumans well they do as road maintenance in the UK is primarily funded through general taxation, including Council Tax (for local roads) and national tax revenue. which everyone (who works) pays into wether they use the roads or not. There's no such thing as road tax

@NoContextHumans As a regular cyclist myself i have to say the car did cut him off but then he should have gave himself some braking distance instead of staying so close so its both but more the cyclists own fault in this instance
