@systemaddict Hej Søren 👋 For privacy and data security reasons, we can't send transcriptions off to OpenAI, as they are US owned and we promise to keep all data within the EU. But don't worry! We're working on some prototyping that includes using LLM’s within the Good Tape workflow.

We are happy to report that Good Tape is back to it's full speed in all countries! Thank you so much for the patience.

We have identified that our server provider is having troubles with traffic going from Sweden to The Netherlands, thereby primarily affecting Scandinavian countries. We're waiting for a fix to be pushed by the provider. Thank you for your patience!

Good Tape is currently experiencing slow loading times. We have identified the issue as being with one of our server providers. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. We hope to have Good Tape back at full force shortly. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience!

We're updating our authentication system, meaning a short window where you'll not be able to login. We expect to be back stronger very shortly.

We'll perform a database upgrade today, causing the service to be slow or even occasionally unavailable during the next hour or so.

Update: service has been restored. We understand that it is not ok to be unavailable, and we are truly heartbroken. We promise to do everything in our power to avoid this.

Update: we have identified the issue, which is unrelated to yesterday's issue and out of our hands. Were dependant on a subprocessor to restore their service. Were heartbroken and doing everything we can to restore service. Current ETA < 1hr
