After headlining as the main keynote speaker at this year’s UK Black Entrepreneurs Summit, I did a short interview on how all black & brown people can work together to scale their businesses. This was the interview. From my vantage point, all black & brown persons are struggling with similar issues. Worldwide. And our generational mission must be to bring visibility to each other and those struggles so that we can share best practice and inspirational stories with each other. Humbled to have been awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship Award for Service & Leadership by Rotary International at the most recent DISCON. This is a full-circle moment for me. Rotary International completely transformed my life when I won the Rotary-ABSA Public Speaking National Competition in 2002. The organisation sent me to Australia & where I honed my craft, made life-long friends & built a life for myself that was beyond my wildest dreams. Two years later, I turned professional as a speaker and have had the unbelievable honour of addressing audiences in 59 countries (at last count). Since 2017, our entrepreneurship foundation, Founders Forum funded by @MyGrowthFund has impacted the lives of millions of founders, entrepreneurs & business owners - all over the world.
