@MyLivia_ it’s officially been 5 months since I sent my order back and I’m still being charged for the subscription and I don’t even have the device anymore I spoke with customer service and they were absolutely no help with the situation.

@MyLivia_ how can I cancel my subscription? I've been waiting since the beginning of October for my replacement pads after I figured out I had to order them and that they don't ship automatically. I have had to find and use other items adding to more cost for me.

@MyLivia_ hi there! I just received my Livia and the cable included appears to be damaged when I just opened it? Would I be able to get a replacement as I’m not comfortable using a faulty product! 🥲😭 I was so excited to begin to use it as well!

@MyLivia_ This device is awesome, but customer service has been awful. I received my Livia in September 2020 and it has started malfunctioning recently. I contacted customer service to file a warranty claim, and have not received any help with repairing the device.
