@mymerryhill It’s when you exit by Starbucks the lights are out of sync and need looking at, as it causes lots of unnecessary traffic

@mymerryhill you need to sort the traffic lights out when trying to get out. The traffic lights are all out of sync and makes it difficult to get off the complex #MerryHill

@mymerryhill Why is it that all of the bins in the Merry Hill Shopping Centre say "Waste" and "Recycling", but there's no divider inside and it all goes into one bag?

@HJMovingFarAway Hi, Thank you for contacting us. This entrance/exit is in use but if it is after centre opening times, the only entrance that you are able to use is on the top level near to Hollywood Bowl. Kind regards, Customer Services

.@mymerryhill Is this entrance in use ? Cut it fine again last night with the 7.30 bus, that came at 7.40 cause the other exit came out by Wetherspoons & I probably would've got lost There's another stop opposite Primark

@michaelj3owen Hi Michael Our car parks are managed by an external company, who have attendees who monitor that customers are parked correctly. Any vehicles parked in an electric charging bay without having their vehicle on charge will be issued with a parking fine. Regards Merry Hill Team

@michaelj3owen Hi Michael, Thank you for contacting us. Our carparks are controlled by Retail Park and they do have employees out regularly checking them. Anyone parked in an EV charging space without charging the vehicle will receive a ticket. Kind regards, Customer Services
