@nsitharaman , @nsitharamanoffc Thank you for the option for real estate. Ma'am retirees invested in debt MFs and FMPs post Covid due to high inflation, given indexation. They provide 8-9% yield. Without indexation, tax burden is high. Kindly grandfather them till March 2023.
