Hello there, @MyOCCU. Does anyone watch over this account? Because I’ve been having issues with the organization, and have been a member in good standing since spring of 1989. Mr. Nunes hasn’t called me back after a conversation I had with Ingrid over 2 weeks ago. OCCU has made some grave mistakes with my husband and my accounts and I’m about to complain about them. I know who to contact, the Board and the NCUA. I am tweeting at you because of the hour in the morning and because I know my path forward.
