I have not seen anybody talking about what’s going on in Canada right now. This man was pulled over and told by police that he had to come with them because a psychiatrist labeled him “certifiable.” No paperwork, no rule of law, just a doctor saying that if he didn’t come with him right then and there that he would be arrested. The fact that a government could do this is terrifying.

ChudTheBuilder Update: During a recess at yesterday’s hearing for Dalton Eatherly, his girlfriend was forcefully removed from the courtroom after she whispered, while seated behind him, “If you can hear me, I love you.”

Yesterday the judge lowered Dalton Eatherly's bond from $1,250,000 to $1,000,000. That is still higher than every single murder defendant in Montgomery County under DA Robert Nash. A man who confessed to raping and murdering a 9-month-old baby: $100,000. A man with four separate murder cases across three years: $2,500. A man arrested on new felony charges while already out on bond for first degree murder: $100,000. A convicted felon who committed a double murder: $750,000. Combined prior violent felonies among those defendants: 6. Combined prior felonies of any kind: 11. Tennessee law requires courts to consider prior criminal record when setting bail. TCA 40-11-118 also prohibits bail from being used as an instrument of oppression.

This is objectively political persecution. Chud is being forced to endure standards that NO ONE ELSE has to. This man is a turning point for the nation. Do you accept two tiered justice? Or not? This judge needs to be DISBARRED. This is one of the most obviously corrupt cases I have ever seen. It is open and shut self defense. There shouldn't be a trial. There shouldn't be a bond, there shouldn't even be charges. He should walk.

ChudTheBuilder update: According to a witness who attended court yesterday— While advocating for a gag order on Dalton, DA Robert Nash reportedly told the judge that “Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.” Yes, he referred to the First Amendment as a privilege, not a right, before proceeding to blame Dalton’s speech for leading to the situation.

Another case that doesn't fit the narrative and keeps flying under the radar, the Indian Creek Serial Killer: Fredrick Demond Scott, who previously expressed a desire to "k*** all white people," murdered 6 white people near a popular walking trail in the Kansas City Metro between 2016 and his arrest in 2017. 5 of the victims were white makes, some were walking their dogs when attacked. The 6th victim was a white homeless woman who is thought to have appeared male to Scott due to her clothing. The trial has been held up for almost a decade, families denied justice (see video, it's heartbreaking) because of competency hearings and the Byzantine intersections of justice and mental healthcare in Missouri, only recently cleared to proceed later this year. Same script as Iryna Zarutska's killer. Scott is repeatedly declared incompetent to stand trial, but is actively expressing racial hatred against white people, hatred he acted on.
