If GPU or FPGA or ASIC or other specialty device do not mine BTC, then default back to CPU mining days but if no CPU mining (core wallet) BTC is dead. How can BTC live without no mining?

@MrHodl Bottom line is ofac could only ever enforce this against an exchange who cashed out btc sent directly from a flagged address. And by enforced i mean not get their ass kicked in court. Not even talking @ technical issues. USG will coopt fiat exchanges to do their job for them.

Lawyers that don't understand Bitcoin are about get their 'aha' moment.
