OPINION PIECE: AA & ISSUING AMC EQUITY
If Adam Aron sells any AMC shares around the current price level, $1.50/share or ($0.15/share pre-reverse split), the only reason would be to help a Naked Short Seller Take Profit. AMC is not is in desperate need of cash currently, to sell at these artificially suppressed price levels.
Currently the Shorts are trapped with NO WAY to EXIT their position without the Price Going Sky High.
Instead of selling a criminal that tried to Bankrupt AMC shares at $0.15/share (pre R/S) so this Naked Short Seller can take profit, Adam Aron should be doing the following:
1. Be in communication/meetings with Devin Nunes of DJT and the Trump Administration regarding the Trading of AMC equity (i.e. Dark Pool Order Flow, Spoofing, & Naked Shorting ); to put a stop to illegal market activity.
2. Utilize AMC legal team to initial lawsuits against the NYSE, FINRA, SEC and other bad actors (50,000,000 Failure to Delivers on Day 1 of APE shares is nothing less than CRIMINAL). Additionally, APE shares were NEVER RETURNED to AMC ENTERTAINMENT HOLDINGS LLC, as there was NO PRICE MOVEMENT during conversion. Open up so many lawsuits they are drowning in legal letters, initiating discovery using subpoena power.
4. Adam Aron Needs to Safeguard AMC Equity and Protect his shareholders. Adam Aron should only issue New Equity when it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to continue operations of the business. Not work to have Criminal Naked Short Sellers the ability to take profit at the expense of his shareholders.
