@ggkuhnle For a possible warranty repair please include a copy of your receipt or online order confirmation with your returned product. if you are unable to return to the place of purchase, the service centre can arrange a courier on your behalf at a cost of £15

@MySamsonite my bag is in guarantee period & I'v bought it 3 years ago & since then I'v not travelled. It is "D" shaped, I'v complained to Samsonite Australia, they refused to exchange it, stating it must hv been damaged by an airline. Kindly get this issue settled immediately.

Alışveriş esnasında ürünün 5 yıl garantisinin olduğunun bilgisi tarafıma verildi. Kısa bir süre önce seyahat çantamın çekçek bölümünde yaşamış olduğum mekanik arıza nedeni ile aynı mağazaya müracaatta bulundum. My @MySamsonite carry on suitcase broke on my last trip. 😞 I was at the airport when I noticed it was cracked at the bottom near the wheel. The sound was driving me crazy and I of course had 2 layovers that day. My bag had been with me on every trip since 2021.
