@MySamsonite I haven’t had any response since March. I am going to leave the case - which is no use and can’t be used because the zip could rip further at the Oxford st repair shop

@MySamsonite just home from Oxford st repair shop Case on 1 return flight 2 plastic bars on back broken off & damage to the zip. Not to worry it has a 10 year guarantee and I have the receipt 2022 co they sent 2 said 3rd party damage won’t repair it will fray more and so useless

@SamsoniteUSA @MySamsonite Please explain why I can buy my case on your website (shop.samsonite.com/collections/ou…) but you can’t replace a broken wheel on my case still under warranty? 2 months in your repair shop & they can’t get a part, you won’t sell me parts & wont replace the case

@MySamsonite @MySamsonite your "supportandgo" website is full of bugs. It constantly hangs! Also, I got the attached error message when trying to order Hinges & Handles for a Gen-2 Cosmolite, but no error when I did the same for a Gen-1 Cosmolite. This is seriously pathetic. Hours wasted!

@MySamsonite I bought a Samsonite Re-Lite Spinner 4-Wheel 78cm Expandable Suitcase, Black in @JohnLewisRetail in 2022. It’s been used a handful of times but the zip has become stuck and I can’t use. Can you advise where I can get it fixed please as it was very expensive.

@MySamsonite I bought one of your cases in approx 2001 - I still use it today and I have travelled world wide and still travel across the UK and EU regularly - amazing investment and even my kids borrow it !

@ggkuhnle the £15 courier charge included insurance for loss and a return is free of charge.

@MySamsonite - why do you charge for shipment of warranty repairs? Shouldn't this be covered under warranty?

@ggkuhnle For a possible warranty repair please include a copy of your receipt or online order confirmation with your returned product. if you are unable to return to the place of purchase, the service centre can arrange a courier on your behalf at a cost of £15

@ggkuhnle If a repair is covered by the warranty it is free of charge, if you are on the fixmybag site there will be an estimate for repair for those seeking a non-warranty repair but this is not charge once completing the form,

@MySamsonite my bag is in guarantee period & I'v bought it 3 years ago & since then I'v not travelled. It is "D" shaped, I'v complained to Samsonite Australia, they refused to exchange it, stating it must hv been damaged by an airline. Kindly get this issue settled immediately.
