With this release, we're also ending support for MacOS 10.13 "High Sierra". Users may continue to use older versions of the SlingStudio console app on older devices, but Facebook/YouTube/Vimeo integrations may break over time. Using RTMP will continue to work.

✅ IMPORTANT: We've released several SlingStudio Console app updates in the past month (for both iPad and Mac) fixing several issues. Please make sure you're using the latest versions (iPad v1.8.416, Mac v1.8.313).

📌 REMINDER: When testing internet at your location using tools like speedtest.net, be sure to run the "SINGLE" connection test. This will give you a MORE ACCURATE measurement of your real-world upload speeds for video. For HD streams, we recommend minimum 8Mbps.

We're aware of issues with streaming to YouTube & we recommend using RTMP as a temporary workaround. Background: YouTube recently deprecated "Stream Now" workflow in favor of scheduled Events. Our team is working on updating SlingStudio Console apps to address these changes.
