@MyTouchnGo I just realized that in order for my company punya purchase to be made, I need to deduct money manually from the company account untuk letak dalam company punya TNG account then baru boleh made a purchase. This is so unreliable & I'm definitely going to scrap TNG out.

On 30 April 2026 I made 2 transactions from my maybank account to my phone number duitnow tng ewallet but up until now it is still not updated in my ewallet. But the money already deducted from bank account.

Reloaded my TnG ewallet with RM150, scanned my card to reload that, card didn't scan successfully after reload but the money wasn't auto refunded. Dealt with a chatbot and saw that only RM50 has been credited back to my e-wallet. Where is my remaining RM100 @MyTouchnGo???

Quick payment and Auto-reload of TNG eWallet using DEBIT CARDS will be disabled soon. But you can still use it for manual reload.
Take note that Quick Pay and Auto-Reload via CREDIT CARD are not affected.
Here’s the official statement from TNG Digital:
Quick Payment and Auto Reload for debit cards were placed under maintenance as part of an ongoing review of transaction performance and reliability.
Following this review, we have made the decision to discontinue support for these features for debit cards from 13 May 2026, to ensure a more reliable payment experience.
Users can continue to reload their eWallet using other available methods in the app, including DuitNow Transfer and manual debit card reload, as well as credit cards and reload PIN.
