@SiteGround SG Live chat: a different data center, as we do have several and the different Siteground sites are on a different data centers in order to provide better loading speeds. There are clients on the same servers as well but since this is not the UK data center, there is no issue

@SiteGround What hosting provider do you use as through all of this siteground.com has been fine? Also your cloud description of "ultimately, even if some of the servers fail...data will be available...could be recovered easily and quickly" needs a footnote to say "sometimes"

UPDATE: The severity of the incident with our London DC has escalated and several hours ago we started our disaster recovery procedure. We are now restoring servers from offsite backups in our Amsterdam location and gradually putting them back online.

@vistandom @SiteGround Thank you, I cant access backups of the sites hosted on SG though so migrating isn't an option unfortunately. After access is restored I will be looking into it though.
