@larry_boy_44 Hence, my original post. We cannot be passive. We must war in the Spirit, pray, fast, read our Word, etc. We must do our part. Yes, we are victorious in Christ, but we cannot be lackadaisical in our faith.

@MyronWidemanJr I get what you’re saying and agree we need to act… there’s just so many who get caught up in how we have to beat the devil when we don’t… he’s already defeated by God’s power. Our wrestling is about God’s power not our power and our trust in Him.

We cannot be a PASSIVE church fighting an AGGRESSIVE devil!

@larry_boy_44 Of course. Jude even told us to “contend” for the faith which denotes an athlete striving with extreme intensity to win the victory in a physical competition. The Amplified Bible translates the command as “fight strenuously for [the defense of] the faith.”

@larry_boy_44 Because God told us to. Eph 6:11-17 tells us to put on the whole armor of God so that we can stand against the schemes of the enemy. Spiritual warfare is real.

The attacks you are dealing with right now are GREAT because the blessing that's coming is GREAT! Hang in there!

When someone comes into your life, use discernment and heed counsel. They could be a TREAT from God or a TRICK from the enemy.

Your MESS will become your MESSAGE. Your PAIN will become your PULPIT. Your TEST will become your TESTIMONY. Your BURDEN will become your BLESSING. Your WEAKNESS will become your WEAPON. What the enemy meant for your HARM, God will use it for your GOOD. Discard your EXCUSES!

Don't quit! Don't stop! Somebody is praying for you! Somebody is depending on you!

This morning, M3 was inducted into the Junior Beta Club. Inductees must display good character traits, leadership skills, be willing to serve others, and maintain an academic grade point average of 3.00 or above. We are so proud of him. God is good. 📚🙏🏽
