@Bluehasia This is so disheartening to hear friendo and I absolutely agree with you. You do such an amazing job on all your work! Next time I have a chance, if it's possible, to commission you I am so doing it!

After all the drama around photographers charging for photos and even getting blasted again for me charging $60, including by people with large followings. I’ve realized I don’t really care about reopening commissions. If I do open again, my rates will likely be more than double what they were before. It’s not out of greed, it’s more that I no longer want to stress over it. Being called scummy for charging, told I’m not good, or hearing that photographers who charge aren’t “real artists” gets exhausting. If you replaced “photographer” with “drawing artist,” that kind of reaction wouldn’t be accepted by the community. It’s frustrating that a small but loud minority can create so much drama around photographers trying to earn income from their artistic talents.
