Simba is in a better place. I will miss when he always jumped on my lap to find comfort, him waiting patiently on the dining room for when I wake up to feed him, and his gentle meows to me for whatever he wants. You will be missed, Simba April 8, 2010 - Sept 18, 2025

Today is Shadows' 15th birthday. 🎂🎁 He went to the vet yesterday to see if he's OK and other than some aging issues, he's fine.

Woke up this morning to no shadow meows. Looked around, saw busted window screen, open door and there he was all wet and muddy paws. He did eat but seem very fatigue. He has been resting this morning but will have to check him and be with him when I get home. Maybe no cast today

Just to update on my mom. She did get out of the hospital last week. She went to rehab to slowly get use to walking again since she was bed ridden for over 2 weeks. Soon should be coming home.

My mom is in ICU which turned out to be a lung issue. They got to it early enough that there should be no real complications, but please keep her in your prayers.
