Witnesses say that dozens of "teens" began PUNCHING EACH OTHER and ATTACKING OTHER TEENS at the family-friendly festival, and then families with young children began RUNNING IN TERROR. Columbia SC immediately shut down the Juneteenth festival and sent everyone home. The city has now BANNED ALL unaccompanied kids from the park after 5PM. Permanently.
