8 months of talking, I Finally received him at the airport. The mouth odor received me first. Voice notes. Video calls. Late night conversations. This man could talk. Funny. Smart. Intentional. I was at that airport 30 minutes early. He walked through those doors and I ran to hug him. Then he opened his mouth to say my name. I heard it before I processed it. She is one of the most hardworking women I’ve ever met. She even owned land before getting married. Because she already had land, she suggested that she and her husband build a house together on it, but he refused. She then proposed renting a better apartment since their current place was uncomfortable, but he refused again, insisting that the house was close to his shop......

I have thought about it and to be honest there’s nothing fun happening in marriage aside copulating to have kids. The real fun is in the dating stage. When you get married, the vacation/outings and all other funs come to an end. You become two individuals whose entire lives revolve solely around raising kids, nothing more. If you find your own person and you want to enjoy each other for life? Just date and travel the world till the end of your life. That marriage thing isn’t worth it.

My elder sister just got back from the UK for my wedding. She gave me an envelope with $500 as a gift. I was so disappointed I couldn't even hide my face.
