So yesterday, I made this post
I placed my order for fruit juice worth 12k and pasta worth 38k.
While waiting for my order, I started taking pictures.
Not long after, their light went off.
While they were trying to fix it, I sat there in darkness for a long time and eventually had to cancel the food order because I couldn’t create content in darkness.
I just took my drink and told them I’ll come back another day.
They felt really bad, but I assured them it’s okay.
I paid for the drink and was ready to leave.
Then the shocker…
The management packaged the pasta worth 38k and told me not to pay.
I even asked again to be sure I heard correctly but they insisted I go with it.
That level of customer service is rare.
This is me publicly appreciating them.
Acts like this don’t go unnoticed.
I’ll definitely be visiting again ❤️

I tried out a new restaurant today at Gwarinpa. Ordered their Italian pasta and smoothie… ready to create content, enjoy my soft life in peace Next thing, their light went light off I waited for full 2 HOURS as they were trying to fix it. I called them and said please cancel my order, because how I wan create content in darkness? They begged me to stay and I told them where I stay. Una no go believe wetin happen next. They packaged everything as takeaway and told me NOT to pay. Meal wey worth 38k. God abeg??? I just stood there like… “is this a mistake ?” They insisted I carry the food but they begged me to visit again. Took these pictures before the light went off…

2021: I found out my uncle and aunt were divorced. They hadn’t told the family.
2022–2024: They kept showing up to family events together like nothing had changed.
2024: My grandpa passed away.
2026: My uncle finally admitted they’d been divorced all along and only hid it so it wouldn’t upset my grandpa.
Ironically, my grandpa was the one who told me back in 2021.

This is funny coz I didn't delete my WhatsApp, I didn't stop posting on my status. In fact, I've posted more this year than any other year. I didn't turn off my read receipts either. I simply started saying NO!!!
