Seeing how I am dinning alone tonight (long story and not a happy one for the family) I decided to go full-blown gourmet tonight! We start with 2 pieces of smoked sharp cheddar nestled between 2 slices of thick cut bread, generously buttered and grilled to a nice golden brown color, paired with some fabulous hot chips and a large glass of whole milk. I almost feel guilty living it up so much while the Mrs is away. 😂
