CNAs surveyed by @NAHCA said the biggest challenge was staffing shortages, the reasons some left were wages and benefits. One CNAs said until society sees the value they bring to older adults, "they will not take our jobs seriously." buff.ly/3pNjj2j

These survey results confirm and highlight the urgent need to prioritize efforts to attract and retain CNAs. This means not only better wages and benefits, but also strong cultures of inclusion and respect. mcknights.com/news/low-wages…
