We were very happy to host a group of 30 students, representing Greece at the 60th Annual North American Invitational Model United Nations (NAIMUN). Fruitful discussion and exchange of ideas on Greece’s role in the UN, Greece-US relations and more. @NAIMUN #Greece #UnitedNations

During Presidents' Day weekend, SJC's Model UN Club members attended the @NAIMUN hosted by @Georgetown at the @HiltonWash. Students represented Azerbaijan and Mongolia and discussed child labor, urbanization, and private military contractors.

High school students attending this year's @NAIMUN in Washington D.C visited the Embassy, learned abt pre/post-colonial history of #Rwanda ,the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi & how Rwanda overcame all the hurdles & rebuilt thru unity,reaching its current state w/ collective effort.

The Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan (RAWA) tried their own members for crimes. One of which included Nargis, who was declared guilty and arrested. She was reborn in the committee as “Garnis.”
