On December 8, 2025, an estimated $202,500 of illegal drugs were seized following an investigation by the OPP-led Provincial Guns and Gangs Enforcement Team (PGNG), with members from the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service (@NAPS_Police) and the Thunder Bay Police Service (@tbpsmedia). Police found 230 grams of suspected fentanyl, 680 grams of suspected cocaine, and 200 grams of suspected crack cocaine. As a result, a 38-year-old from Scarborough was arrested and charged with multiple offences.
