In honor of Reverend Billy Graham, who died today, we looked through our archives to find his visit to @NASA_Johnson, then called the Manned Spacecraft Center, in 1964 in Houston where he met astronauts and learned about their space suits and helmets.

Careful lifting! @NASA_TESS in the shipping container was carefully lifted onto a truck @OrbitalATK. The truck and shipping container isolated the #TESS observatory from bumps, shakes and shocks along the long journey ahead.

The Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory detects gamma ray bursts for astronomers around the world to position their own X-ray, ultraviolet and optical telescopes to investigate them! Swift is another mission developed by @NASA_EHPD that continues the legacy of Explorer1. #ExploreAsOne
