@shindaejin0722@CSchlauf@Forson Great suggestion. Then Mr. Forson and some other key personnel would finally own more shares of this „great“ stock and could suffer with us 😆
This relative decline is far too severe to be attributed solely to the market crisis. $DEFT @CSchlauf@Forson
1. Receive your entire salary in company stock
2. Key personnel must hold a certain percentage of company stock
3. Deliver tangible results
@MissJanesMike But they would loose most of the institutional investors. Their plan is to get more institutional investors and not less. The reverse split is more likely
@NATOSHI___ Every day that passes it gets harder and harder to regain compliance. I would prefer that they get delisted instead of the stigmata of a reverse split. They didn't start off on NASDAQ, start over and hopefully get it right the second time around.
I posted after $DEFT infamous "we really don't concern ourselves with day-to-day movements" that it will be closer to $0.00 than a $1.00usd after the first 180-day compliance period. We are right on the cusp as we speak.
@Russ_N_Starr Yep. I am done with this stock and management. If we get ever again to 2 USD, i will dump all my 150k shares. Enough is enough. My first invested was two years ago and yet I'm still massively in the red. The money would be better invested elsewhere
I love this company. And the valuation of $DEFT is ridiculous. But when you go silent for months. Have little to no investor outreach, and disallow any responses to your twitter feed and only talk about corporate conferences, people lose interest and start looking for other ideas. You become an opportunity cost. Even though $DEFT is now trading below their cash flow on an EV basis, it has become dead money. Curtis is amazing but he is one person in NA. The entire management and operations are in Europe. Add all this together and you get capitulation
@jhnwtt@Forson
@MildredAssocia1@CSchlauf@StasTalksStocks Thats what Curtis said:
Insiders, friends and family own around 100m shares
Johans family office - nortide capital owns about 20m shares
Translated: They already have more than enough and won't buy anything at these prices
About to throw in the towel on this garbage $DEFT
Absolute sh*t show.
In a market downturn like this, you have to consider opportunity cost.
Wait for an incompetent management team to turn this thing around and for us to get out of this crypto winter.
Or…
Buy quality stocks at a discount that WILL rebound after this war.
The decision is getting easier and easier with each passing day.
@MissJanesMike@EugenJen54441@CSchlauf Check out Fintel's latest filing. They've sold 4 million shares 😂 Even the institutions are fed up with this clown show
@NATOSHI___@EugenJen54441@CSchlauf Especially Galaxy, they must be in some kind of dialogue with them. They have a large chunk of change invested at $2.19usd, they must be asking questions to management.
$DEFT This is a good step in the right direction, @CSchlauf. Providing structured numbers like this helps the market understand the story better. Keep building on it - consistency will make the real difference.
@mr_rioux So undervalued that Galaxy Group Investments LLC sold 4 million shares 😂 The next days we will probably see more institutions which have sold. This stock is done
@MissJanesMike@EugenJen54441@CSchlauf I can't imagine that the institutions don't care either. Even they are now 80% in the red. The major institutions should put some pressure on them
@EugenJen54441@CSchlauf Stock is down 90%. When exactly are they trying to step in? When its again at 10 cents? The management is really starting to piss me off. I just want to get out of here without any losses
@NATOSHI___@CSchlauf $DEFT Insider buys usually don't happen randomly. They tend to wait until several events line up at once - clarity, catalysts, filings, timing. I don't think it's about "overvalued", more about letting a few things accumulate before stepping in.
@NATOSHI___@Ketenchufo@EugenJen54441 Not true. CDN side has traded about 110,000 shares the US side close to 1 million. Get your facts straight before spewing out nonsense.
@Ketenchufo@EugenJen54441 That no one cares about that stock. Looks like fundamentals alone are not enough. Without good marketing the stock price is going nowhere
@WaGon90392895@jhnwtt@Forson@CSchlauf More insider buys, especially higher ones, would help to restore trust but they refuse. That fact alone should tell you that they don't believe in their own stock. I understand why they don't use the company's cash for buybacks but why aren't they using their personal money?
$DEFT The share price is down ~90% from ATH. We need something substantial: crazy earnings, expansion into new jurisdictions, DeFi Alpha (promised since September), SovFi progress, etc...
We need leadership and visibility. Show us the business is alive! @jhnwtt@Forson@CSchlauf
@EugenJen54441 you only have 29 followers. But somehow the ceo of $deft always replies only to you. Always complaining. Like what is this. Please can you share your investment. I have over 65k shares. A serious investor who did believe in $deft. But now. Is this a twitter game
We the loyal shareholders of $DEFT must remember that they (the management) do "not" concern themselves with day-to-day share price movements. We keep forgetting that as we see the share price head towards the single US cents yet again.
@NATOSHI___ Hopefully Galaxy wants to buy them out after the share price stabilizes. I would take $3.00usd a share in a heartbeat to get out of this investment.
