Year 8 students participated in the IET Faraday® Challenge Day on Thursday, 18th April. Students had the opportunity to become real-life engineers for a day by researching, designing, and building solutions to real engineering problems as part of the @IETeducation Challenge Day.

Year 9 and Sixth Form STEM students participated in 'Operating Theatre Live' today, a hands-on anatomy experience charting patient treatment from incident to trauma surgery. Students were able to learn about different aspects of the medical profession. #OperatingTheatreLive

Our Nucleus STEM lecture series has started with a fascinating talk from the RAF Pilot Alex Vaughn entitled, 'What's it like to be a fighter pilot?' Students enjoyed the lecture, and there was a queue to talk to Alex at the end. STEM lectures are open to all students. @northacad
