@skytv absolute joke of calls today. Conflicting advice from multiple personnel working saying one thing and the other saying another. Then not willing to help the situation to keep the custom. Awful customer service and loyalty

@DrMarwanAl_D Not that I use it but most Orth and SEM use Carebit round here near us. Seems a decent platform and when they share letters, reports etc with us comes through nicely and easy to follow.

So I order a bed on the 23/11 from @bedkingdom fully paying for it so my son can have it for Xmas. I then get an email on the 20/12 advising it is out of stock. I reply to the email and call in to be told lines are closed for the holidays. Great work @bedkingdom 😩, SHOCKING!!

@DBarberTherapy Have no issues with this and certainly play a part. I’ve worked with some fantastic sport therapists in the past. The sport governing bodies set the bar for us

@_lewadam @GatesPhysio Fair call - we have struggled to get good candidates for pro sport. Are going back to advert with higher salaries and more benefits now. It actually has work like balance in there due to schedule of games. Fingers crossed we get a better applicant this time round
