🚨 Knicks locked up Andre Drummond as their backup center. Now comes the fun part with two roster spots left, some cap room to play with, and a handful of familiar faces in the mix. I ranked them all, and honestly, the best move might be an unexpected move. Full breakdown below 🔗 👀🏆

The Knicks are champs, so we're playing with house money. I'm gonna try to be optimistic about adding Andre Drummond as the Knicks' backup center. So, what is he? 🏆 The greatest rebounder by percentage in NBA history. 🎯 A legitimate 35.6% three-point shooter last season. 💪 The NBA's best playoff screen-setter. ⚠️ But also one of the league's biggest boom-or-bust players. I broke down what he can bring to New York, where he still struggles, and why this low-risk bet could pay off. Link below 👇👇👇

James Dolan is NEVER selling the Knicks Could that ever be a "good thing?" Dolan already picked the next Knicks owner years ago. Everyone just missed it. Here's why his muscle-head son, Quentin Dolan, is inheriting the franchise and why Knicks fans have to get used to it. Full breakdown 👇👇👇

Re-signing Landry Shamet keeps the Knicks under the apron. It might also cost them Mitchell Robinson.... Now they have the minimum and a title to defend. Here are the top wing free agents they should chase to go back-to-back champs. Link 👇👇👇

Nobody else has this. I interviewed NBA scout Ersin Demir (@edemirNBA) fresh off of attending the 2026 NBA Draft on the Knick of Time Show to break down both Knicks 2nd-rounders — Jacks Kayil and Tyler Nickel. We talked about both players' strengths and weaknesses, as well as expectations for their playing time in their rookie seasons. He also broke down what kind of jump to expect from Mohamed Diawara in year two. When we had Ersin on the show last season, he called Diawara the steal of the draft. Dude knows ball. @_leeescobedo If they signed Mitch and crossed the 2nd apron. What happens if he gets hurt which is always our fear. Would they be able to pick anyone up? Or just have to use what they have on the roster already?

Keep Mitch or let him walk? Re-signing Robinson means Dolan crossing the second apron. Stay under it, and it's you gotta decide between Mitch OR Shamet — not both. With all this in mind, I ranked every argument for and against crossing into the second apron, taking note of every penalty and benefit. Write-up below 🧠 👇

Can we put together a plan for a serviceable backup center? Here is my @NBAEconomy @nyknicks Summer Blueprint 3.0 which nets us a big we know well and allows us to send Mitchell Robinson close to home to one of his favorite cities.

Damn man, as soon as the Knicks won their first ring in 53 years, James Dolan had to go on WFAN and open his big mouth. He and Leon Rose seem to be at odds on the second apron. His WFAN rant proves the old Dolan is back, and he's the only real threat to this dynasty. I wrote about how and why. Link below 👇

Mo Wagner replaces @nyknicks Mitchell Robinson Scenario (Hypothetical Not a Rumor) by @NBAEconomy a scenario I put together for my friends @TheKOTShow group chat Knicks trade Pacome Dadiet and Deuce McBride into other team’s cap space. Mo Wagner signed to full TPMLE $6,065,000 Jack Kayil - signed as free agent instead of 2nd Rounder. Given salary of $2,450,001 NBA vet minimum. Yes, he can be signed for less, but he just came from overseas as a pro. Knicks resign Landry Shamet 2 years starting at $7,000,000; Waives no trade clause. Jose Alvarado Opts out; New Contact 3 years / starting at $7,000,000 Knicks sign DeMar DeRozan $2,450,001 Vet Minimum when stretched and waived by Kings. Knicks sign Tyler Nickel to a 2-way contract; Sign to an NBA contract after NBA trade deadline Odd Men Out: Hukporti, Sochan, Robinson, McBride, Dadiet

@NBAEconomy @FritzHandles @nyknicks @TheKOTShow Yeah but there are disruptive players that destroy team chemistry. Never understimate chemistry on a team and winning attitudes. Knicks have great character guys with excellent chemistry and a lot of winning players. I want them to run it back and certainly dont want mess it up

The Grizzlies will need to attach draft assets to get off Ja Morant’s contract this summer, which has two years left. Not a single team is interested in acquiring Morant without Memphis sending back draft compensation. A true free fall in terms of league-wide perception for Ja.
