Two of the second-round picks I was a fan of — the Nuggets selecting Trevon Brazile and the Rockets selecting Bruce Thornton — have played well in the Summer League so far. I think both players addressed needs and can be additive bench pieces for their respective teams. Kings take their first Summer League loss in a 104-85 Wizards win. Maxime Raynaud looked too good for Summer League and Darius Acuff Jr. had his best defensive game, but AJ Dybantsa was dominant and Will Riley just had too much sauce on his way to 32 points.

Watching Dylan Cardwell bring this intense at Summer League is incredible. Mogbo is showing off some great activity. AJ in person is a sight to behold. I’ll keep saying it: he’s so advanced for his age

Kings up 24-18 over the Wizards after Q1. Acuff has had some moments and looked more dialed in defensively, Jonathan Mogbo has been everywhere, and Dylan Cardwell has been Dylan Cardwell. AJ Dybantsa has unsurprisingly led the Wizards with seven points and extreme confidence.

Cedric Coward has been everywhere. He looks fantastic. I would expect him to not play much longer this week.

Been a disjointed game (and day overall at Thomas & Mack) so far, but Cam Boozer just put a charge through the arena with that steal and fastbreak dunk. Caleb Wilson has all five Chicago points early.

Nets demolish the Knicks, 91-65. Egor Dëmin destroyed all challengers, as he has all summer, and Mikel Brown Jr. got red-hot late in the third quarter. Pacôme Dadiet led the way for the Knicks. Now, time for the main event: Cam Boozer and Memphis vs. Caleb Wilson and Chicago!

Egor Dëmin has been the story here in Nets-Knicks, continuing his dominant performance from California Classic play. Keep an eye on Chaney Johnson, too, who has also carried over his strong play from Sacramento. On the Knicks side, Pacôme Dadiet has been great after a slow start.

Bucks-Heat tied at 56 in one of the most fun games in Vegas so far. Brayden Burries has been sensational, and Pete Nance has looked like a man among boys. Miami has had a more balanced attack, but Ryan Conwell and Jahmir Young have both been solid.

For the Warriors, Nick Boyd had a spectacular outing, and Jacksen Moni showed off his scoring arsenal once again. Always great to see Summer League action here in Sacramento!

Kings close out Day Two with a 91-85 win. Emanuel Sharp was once again elite on both ends of the floor, Isaiah Stevens and Viktor Lakhin were both great after sitting out yesterday, and Marquel Sutton had an awesome fourth quarter.
