@Wallaseylife @NewBrightonLP Have a look at our thread, it's not a designated Local Green Space so yes it could be built on, esp if the 'local plan' thinks it could be part of the councils 'regeneration' plans. We need to get it designated as a Green Space asap so it gets the protect it deserves.

Everyone is so proud of the green spaces in New Brighton. Tonight meeting agreed to form a Friends of Tower Ground Group & step up the campaign 👏 Thank you to everyone who attended & all the positive contributions.

We dont want Tower Ground to be 'regenerated' we want it protected and more wildlife encouraged. More families enjoying the open space & fresh air. A free & healthy space for generations to come 🌳☀️🌻

The first public meeting of #TowerGrounds was tonight. Paul opened the meeting by stating that although @NewBrightonLP has initiated the campaign it is non-partisan. Everyone who wants to get involved is welcome 👋
