i think more redemption arcs should present a true challenge as in "what if your loved ones don't forgive you, would you still want to change?", i feel so much male character redemption is carried not by their actions but by women priorizing love over themselves.

It’s so draining that the front runners…have to constantly be educated and take accountability for their actions. Because they just didn’t know!!!! For a bunch of people who are the same side as me they sure do love to play around with slurs

Here’s my issue. What’s the point of valuing indie animation above all else when big figureheads in the scene are committing very similar offenses to higher ups in the animation industry?

Indie animation is so overwhelmingly white lmao. I'm begging you guys to watch SOMETHING made by black people. There are so many really cool black indie animated pilots/series that are just not being talked about as much in comparison to shows with mainly white creators/casts
