An experiential NieR Reincarnation fanart piece I did a while back staring Thorr. The idea here was an Abyssal theme with him having increase upper body strength at the exepense of his humanity, much like with Eve from NieR Automata.

@I__HATE_SOCCER Love Father NieR, it was actually him that introduced me to Yoko Taro and DrakeNieR series mainly cause I was looking for references for Big Guy type characters and stayed for the story and music. Thanks Father NieR.

Papa Nier is so fascinating. He's a product of the time where japanese devs were trying to appeal to westerners. So what you get is this absurdly buff middle aged guy reading lines made originally for a teenage boy which gives him this unique, endearing charm.
