National Championship Air Races

January in 1910 was a big year for aviation and helped lay the groundwork for the future of air racing. The International Air Meet brought together air balloons and dirigibles, heavier-than-air monoplanes and biplanes for a 10-day event of pure wonder.

Air racing through the generations. 👪 Whether its families traveling to the races year after year or carrying a legacy of racing planes around the pylons, we can't wait to continue to share this legacy for years to come.

They’re back. ✈️🔥 The @AFThunderbirds are returning to the National Championship Air Races, bringing precision, power and pure adrenaline back to the skies. The air races will take place from. Sept. 16 to Sept. 20 while the Thunderbirds will perform Sept. 19 and 20!
