🔎🌐🎗️ During Insurance Careers Month, NCCI hosted an Open House as part of NCCI Week which gave employees a casual, curiosity-driven experience to explore how different areas of the organization support a healthy #workerscomp system. Centered on the “Learn. Connect. Give Back.” theme, the Open House event offered employees an engaging way to see how departments across the organization contribute to educating, informing, and growing the next generation of workers comp professionals. Every business division was represented along with NCCI Cares, sports leagues, and other employee-led resource groups. The setup made it easy for people to wander, ask questions, and see how each area supports the work we do. Throughout the event, employees had the chance to: 📘 Learn how teams across NCCI collaborate 🧩 Connect with colleagues and community groups 🌱 Get involved in volunteer and outreach initiatives What stood out most was the energy in the room. New conversations, quick demos, shared stories, and a lot of curiosity.
