I wrote this on April 26 Iran is running out of oil storage, and shutting down oil production is extremely damaging (true). However, Iran has one more "card" to play: dump 2 million barrels/day into the Persian Gulf, creating an ecological disaster?

$BLK Weekly. Also, closing above it's 40 week ma from below. MACD crossed a couple weeks. Like this to test $1150-$1175 over the next few weeks. Stop around ~$1030.

$TSLA Weekly. Closing above it's 40 week ma signals a trend change in this YTD underperforming mega cap. Looking for it to test ATH's over the coming weeks. Taking a position with a stop on a close below ~$385.

$GDX Daily. Looks to have bottomed/put in a higher low after the blowoff top in January. Taking a position. Stop with a daily close below $85.

Crude oil over 93 now and clearing VWAP as SPY fades lower.. nice signal from IWM weak all morning too along with Bitcoin. Just overdue for a breather in many parts of market, jobs report Friday still pricing in a SPX move of 52 points

A 9-1 SETUP FOR MAY - COMPLIMENTS OF A +5% APRIL Since 1950, the month of May is 47-29 for a very pedestrian, avg monthly gain of 0.38%. As of April 29, with one trading day remaining in the month, the S&P is up 9.30% for April. In those ten years since 1950 in which April was up at least 5%, the performance for May improves to 9-1 for an avg monthly gain of 2.58% with the last seven, post 1985, cases all positive. I do not consider this one study based on only ten data points to be a game changer as it is one of many scans I ran this week, some of which were more Bear Friendly. The Bulls argue that to this one particular study's credit it does traverse 76 years and sidesteps three 50% Bear Markets. $V Double Beat EPS: $3.31 vs $3.10 est REV: $11.230B vs $10.743B est 🟩 +3.61%

$ABBV - Core holding that I am adding higher too here. Earnings are BMO on 4/29, but like the risk/reward due to the recent weakness.

$V chart. Like $MA also, which reports AH on Thursday. Both have been beaten up since the announcement of the Genius Act in the summer of 2025.
