For those who celebrate, this Sunday marks the first Sunday of the advent season. The chaplaincy team has produced a series of reflections for each week of advent to help you as you prepare for Christmas. Each reflection is based on a Christmas carol.

Guess who’s on the Hopper bus? It’s Rosie 🐾 Having taken over from Mac, as staff welfare dog, she’s on her way to Freeman Hospital, having spent the morning at the RVI to spread her own brand of love and pawsitivity. Keep an eye out for her.

Today we bid a fond farewell to Chaplain Craig and Staff Welfare Wolf Mac. They have both been a huge blessing to the @NewcastleHosps here the last three years and we wish them both all the very best for the future. 🙏
