I'm writing to escalate an unresolved feedback removal request, case reference 287424181553.
6 July – I contacted eBay Customer Service regarding negative feedback left on a completed transaction (buyer's complaint related to a third party, not the transaction itself). Agent Anand confirmed no appeal was on file and directed me to submit one via the Seller Help feedback tool, stating I would receive a decision by email within 8–12 hours.
I did not receive any such email.
8 July – I contacted eBay again. Agent Mohammad stated the removal request had "already been processed" and would reflect on my account within 24–72 hours.
10 July – The feedback is still visible on my account. I have now received two different explanations of where this stands, and no written confirmation of an outcome either way.
I'd like this escalated to a supervisor, and I'd like:
Written confirmation of the current status of case 287424181553
Confirmation of whether the appeal was actually reviewed, and the outcome
A clear timeframe if further action is needed
I have full chat transcripts from both 6 July and 8 July available if required.
