@PositivePurdue Anonymity is a hell of a thing. Trolls can talk their shit and duck any constructive discourse. I also think most of them have never played any sort of high-level sports. These athletes compete - they kill one another but when it's over they shake hands and respect follows.

I get rivalry trash talk, it’s fun when it is edgy humor. What I’ve read recently about our guys and Coach Painter go beyond that. When it includes personal attacks & disgusting comments, it’s not the same thing. If you think I’m soft for saying this, you’re part of the problem.

Purdue pays people to keep them. That's the difference. While Cluff was certainly compensated, I wouldn't say it was more than if he went elsewhere.
