@NDBoiler55 @GreggDSchroeder He’s a great example of that then and that’s an awesome goal he has.

@Cimarron1876 @GreggDSchroeder That's easy. Academics. He's talked in several interviews how he is more interested in social work than basketball. He wants to help people like his mom.

@NDBoiler55 @GreggDSchroeder Do you think that TKR’s man motivation for being at Purdue was basketball, or the academics? If he had to choose 1.

@PositivePurdue Anonymity is a hell of a thing. Trolls can talk their shit and duck any constructive discourse.
I also think most of them have never played any sort of high-level sports. These athletes compete - they kill one another but when it's over they shake hands and respect follows.

@NDBoiler55 @GreggDSchroeder A huge number graduate at their final institution.

@joejacksonCBB Never having to watch Fletcher Loyer play again is gods gift to college basketball fans

@Cimarron1876 @GreggDSchroeder But I do like your pepper profile pic. 🌶

@Cimarron1876 @GreggDSchroeder This simply isn't true in the NIL/transfer portal era. A player transfers to 3 or 4 or 5 different school, chasing that bag... what type of academic integrity will follow them?
Also, you gotta chill on the Purdue content. It's a little obsessive and a little sad. Find joy.

@sportingnews Think he managed to go 50/50 versus Indiana during Indiana’s worst era of all time. So pretty amazing…

@Cimarron1876 @GreggDSchroeder Throwing NIL at these kids but giving them no support to prepare them for life after basketball isn't the right way.
English

@Cimarron1876 @GreggDSchroeder "Do it right" to Purdue and CMP is that the focus is on playing (and winning) competitive basketball while also getting players the connections and education that Purdue provides.
English

@Cimarron1876 @MeganWo95906744 @GreggDSchroeder You're right about Purdue's bag, but I think your framing is wrong.
Most schools drop their bag to GET people to their school. Purdue pays people to keep them. That's the difference.
While Cluff was certainly compensated, I wouldn't say it was more than if he went elsewhere.
English

@MeganWo95906744 @GreggDSchroeder Such a misnomer about Purdue. Purdue has one of the biggest NIL collectives in the nation and paid TKR and Smith top 20 money in the nation. And paid heavily for Cluff. But keep thinking everyone just plays for the love of Purdue.

@slimyguy8 Cowardly take. Had to wait until the game was over.
But all the credit to Arizona. They are a tough out. Still proud of my Boilers.

@NDBoiler55 holy shit bro 😭😭😭🤣🤣 you needed the avengers to help you tonight. BTA 😭🤣 bye Brandon Smith, TKR and the other balding white boy. Hope you guys have linkedin profiles 😭😭🤣

@JackDunkins01 No matter how this game plays out, your run through the tournament has been special.
I hope it continues into Indy.
