@Coram Report: Listen to NDNA’s Director of Policy Jonathan Broadbery explaining why childcare costs increased by 7% in Scotland but halved in England.
Although 1140 hrs in Scotland is universal, the England costs have reduced as result of funded places for twos and under twos. Providers are doing their best to keep fees as low as they can (at 51 mins).
