New Pr!! Thanks to coaching I’ve received a new High jump pr of 6’4! 6’6 on the way!

Little late but here is my 22’3 1/4 long jump pr at state. Placed 6th and medaled! High jump didn’t go as planned but already back in the gym getting better each day.

21’6 Scratch (barely) Getting better at having my chest out and not keeping good posture throughout the jump. Also working on trying to snap forward later in the jump. #TrackAthlete TRACK COACHES Please let me know what I can improve on in this jump.
