Nebraska joined a 13-State coalition securing a monumental settlement w/Vanguard resolving part of the lawsuit against BlackRock, State Street, & Vanguard. Vanguard has agreed to pay a total of $29.5 million to the Plaintiff States & offer its investors choice in proxy voting.
