@Whereareweofft1 It helps! But it doesn't feel like a full replacement for comfortable, frequent, in-person hangouts with people I've known for decades. I either see my good friends once a year or repeatedly recount my entire backstory to people I hang out with for 3 days then never see again lol

@NEFootsteps Do you think, zoom/whatsapp have helped you see people more regularly? Healthy diet I get, we have taken that onboard the past couple months and eating a lot more fruit/veg. very easy to forget that when on a budget or just grab and go'ing.
