@SoniaRamMD So true. And so hard to change the ingrained thought process...I commend Dr. Bryan Clary who recently corrected me when I introduced him to our medical students as 'Chairman' of the Department of Surgery...I learned he's the 'Chair' of the Department of Surgery!!

Now I have not seen this in any of those mandatory webinars at work!
