It is the government's refusal to: 1) Publish the STRB report 2) Restart talks with teacher unions 3) Solve the crisis in recruitment & retention 4) Invest in children's education That is leading to further strikes. Striking is the last thing any teacher wants to do. But the government just aren't listening.
