Blown away by the response to me sharing my transformation
I went from pudgy & tired to (almost) ripped in less than a year and it seriously wasn't that hard
But the #1 DM I've gotten is "how do you eat like this/is it expensive?"
Good news: it's easy and cheap. Here's what I eat
Example day (plus some bonus hacks for you:)
7am: Wake, bodyweight exercise, breathwork & coffee
8am-1pm: Deep work (combine l-theanine & caffeine while fasted for superhuman focus)
1pm: Go Gym (take Amino Acid complex to not eat away at muscle while lifting fasted)
2pm: Break fast with almost 160g of protein, 60g of fat and almost zero carbs. Here's how:
> 100oz grassfed New York Strip steak (not that expensive if you buy in bulk/order online)
> 4 eggs (cook in residual fats from steak, very good)
> 1 serving high-protein greek yogurt
> A few slices of organic raw cheddar cheese
> 2 scoops Whey protein
> Organic blueberries (If you want more carbs, eat a more carb dense fruit like banana)
I eat this almost every day. Insane protein amount and makes me feel amazing (eating low carb means I don't get the post-meal brain fog and can keep working)
3:30-4pm: Snack. Dried beef for xtra protein + dried fruit if I'm feeling a little extra frisky
6pm: Dinner of another high density animal protein + greens for gut health
> Salmon or chicken (organic)
> Zucchini noodles (they're not that bad and give the illusion of pasta LOL)
That's pretty much it. Some overall keys:
> Drink tons of water because your kidneys need it when eating high protein diet (1g protein per lb or more)
> Eat vegetables + eat yogurt every day to support your gut health
Some more hacks:
> Addicted to desert? Buy dried mangos and eat them instead. Most delicious thing it the world
> Think that eating this way will taste bland? Once you stop eating fast food and simplify your diet your taste buds adjust (this food tastes SO good to me)
> Only drink caffeine while fasted right before your deep work sessions and you will be able to unlock deep focus on command with coffee
Overall, I can't emphasive how much this stuff has changed not only my body but my mental state. Eating this way while also quitting alcohol/smoking, fixing my sleep, and working out 6-days per week has changed my life forever. I can't believe I ever lived any other way.

@champtgram Brother this is MAJOR!! And such a big move in the right direction, I stopped drinking start of last year when I went all in with my bodybuilding and only then noticed how bad it really is. Nothing beats waking up fresh as fuck every morning, congrats on the win so far 🫡
