Great time this week with the Lincoln/Lancaster County Citizens Academy at NSP State Headquarters! Students learned about several NSP functions, including Aviation, Criminal Identification, Crime Lab, Carrier Enforcement, Drones, and Special Investigations.

Thank you, Governor, for highlighting the response of the Nebraska National Guard members who assisted during last night’s attack. We are grateful for their bravery, proud of their service, and thankful that @POTUS @VP, cabinet leaders, and attendees remained safe. We have several members of @NEStatePatrol deployed with @NENationalGuard in D.C., we’re incredibly proud as well! 🇺🇸💪🏻

Grateful to the law enforcement officers whose swift and decisive actions ended a dangerous threat at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner tonight. Thankful the injured officer is expected to recover and that no other injuries were reported.
