This is so disappointing from Nolan Smith.
The Eagles have had virtually no off-field trouble in the Sirianni era.
Smith is supposed to be an up-and-coming team leader.
There’s zero reason to ever be driving 130+ mph and it’s his second offense in 4 years.

This is very true. This is what I have been saying all along, but people are just stupid and have the critical thinking ability of rocks.
This isn't a free speech case. This is an unnecessary use of force case that the defendant purposefully escalated after having a clear history of harassing and provoking people with racial slurs and insults while filming himself doing it.
The mountain of evidence the DA has against him from his own channel alone is massive.
Self defense is out. This is an open and shut case.
