#NFLScheduleRelease
@NFLflex for week 18, since it's pretty much guaranteed we will have a night game, will it be winner take all between Carolina and Tampa Bay, or one of the nfc west games for the #1 seed?
@nesanel6152@NFLonCBS@SNFonNBC It’s possible. Lots to sort out yet for Week 17 with 3 games moving to Saturday and at least one game moving to 4:05 on Sunday. After all that, we’ll see whether they have a game remaining that makes sense for Monday. I’ll admit I’ve been busy and haven’t thought about it much
@nesanel6152@NFLonCBS@SNFonNBC Yes, there is. Specifically, for any AFC division rivalry which has both its games take place prior to Week 18, at least one of the 2 games must be on CBS. That’s part of CBS’s guarantee from the NFL for the money they pay them
@NFLflex@NFLonCBS@SNFonNBC Is there a rule against a matchup being repeated on prime time?
To be honest fins steelers more intresting than Colts Seahawks at this point
@nesanel6152@NFLonCBS@SNFonNBC The 3 big 1:00 games on CBS have all already been on primetime earlier this year. The Super Bowl preview was protected by CBS. The Cowboys are rarely flexed out if they’re still alive. Colts Seahawks could have been an option for Monday if not for the Seahawks playing on Thursday
@gab5612 Could just be that on a holiday weekend the league didn’t want to make hundreds of NBC and CBS employees change their travel schedules on short notice
